Why don't I see my stores when I click "Create Stores List"?

Usually, when new users create a new store list in Insta Helper or don't see their preferred store on the list to select, it may appear empty. This is because Insta Helper collects store data based on the batches available to users since they started using Insta Helper. For example, if a user goes online and has an available batch from Walmart at 123 West Street, then Insta Helper will have data about that store and it can be used in the future for the Store List.

We recommend that new users initially go online or create filters without a stores list for the first few hours or the first day. After that, they can revisit the stores list to see if their preferred stores are available. If they don't see their preferred stores on the list, it means that Insta Helper hasn't collected any batches from those stores at the moment.

The store list will gradually populate as more batches become available from different stores. So, it's a good idea to regularly check the stores list after using Insta Helper for some time to see if new stores have been added based on the batches collected.
