Why do I receive a batch notification from the Instacart Shopper App but don't see the batch on Insta Helper?

Insta Helper scans batches approximately every 8 seconds to provide you with real-time updates. However, there may be instances where you receive a batch notification on the Instacart Shopper App but don't see the same batch on Insta Helper. This can happen because Insta Helper operates on a refresh cycle, and if the notification arrives during the middle of a refresh cycle, the batch may not be captured and displayed in time.
To address this issue, you can manually refresh the batch list in Insta Helper by clicking the refresh button. This increases the chances of capturing the batch during the next refresh cycle. Please note that there is a refresh rate limit to prevent reaching the rate limit set by Instacart. You can press the refresh button every 4 seconds to avoid exceeding this limit.
It's important to remember that batch availability is not something that any bot service, including Insta Helper, can control. The availability of batches is determined by the Instacart platform and can be influenced by various factors such as the number of shoppers in your area, customer demand, and other external factors. Insta Helper strives to provide the most accurate and timely information based on the data received from the Instacart platform.
If you continue to experience discrepancies between the batch notifications and Insta Helper, we appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to our support team for further assistance.
