There are a couple of potential reasons why you may still encounter the "Too many requests" message even without manually clicking the refresh button:

  1. Multiple Go Online / Refresh attempts: If you click the Go Online or Refresh button multiple times within a short period, Insta Helper sends initial requests each time to start the batch fetching process. These requests count towards the total number of requests allowed by Instacart. To resolve this issue, it's recommended to go back to the homepage or filter page, wait for at least 2 minutes, and then go online again.
  2. Multiple devices or browsers: In some cases, if you have Insta Helper running simultaneously on multiple devices or multiple browsers (especially on iOS devices), it can lead to the "Too many requests" message. To address this issue, make sure to close both the Insta Helper app and any browser instances completely. Restart your device, and then try going online again. If the issue persists, clearing your browser cache may help resolve the problem.

It's important to note that the "Too many requests" message is triggered when the rate limit set by Instacart is exceeded. This is a measure to ensure fair usage and prevent excessive strain on the Instacart servers. By following the recommended guidelines and allowing sufficient time between Go Online or Refresh attempts, you can minimize the chances of encountering this message.

If you continue to experience the "Too many requests" message despite following these steps, it's advisable to reach out to Insta Helper support for further assistance and troubleshooting.
